I mean I see a lot of people using this "mask" routine that you speak of. Namely my brother's big on the "mask". But I dunno, maybe I'm just the queen of TMI, but if something's bothering me, I generally can't help but let everyone know about it. Does that make me more enlightened? No, probably not. In fact it mostly just makes me more vulnerable. But I try not to let people's reactions get to me. I dunno. I mean I see a lot of people using this “mask” routine that you speak of.
